To Don't List notepad

This notebook is quite opposite to the "To Do List" where you write up a list of tasks you would like to accomplish by the end of the day or week. 

With this notepad you can do an end-of-the-day review. It is a moment of self reflection and understand how your time was spent. You look at what you didn't manage to complete and evaluate the other activities that weren't part of your plan.
